This Colonial Revival home was built in the 1880's by I.W. Goodner, Clerk of the S.D. Supreme Court.  It was then owned by the Summersides and Judge Fred Winans families.  The single story house was enlarged in the early 1900's by removing the roof and adding the second story.  Current owners Susan and Peter Jahraus.
